1. Why do I need to create an account?
Because the sticker is directly on your car and we want to provide you with direct messaging, we also want to protect you from spam, that's why you have the ability to report and block inappropriate behaviour.2. I do not want to care about another account
Our registration uses a magic link for signin/signup or google signin. Just provide your e-mail address and follow the link you get with your smartphone, nothing else needed. It's faster than reading this paragraph.3. Where can I get a QR-Code?
There are 3 possible options:4. Is the QR-Sticker weatherproof?
Yes. The sticker is waterproof and weatherproof. When washing your car make sure to keep a distance of 20cm when using a high pressure cleaner. Unfortunately our sticker is not (yet) fireproof, but if your car is on fire, take a picture and send it to us. We are happy to replace the sticker for free.5. The login does not work, I get directed to the webpage instead
Our signing/signup uses a magic link, it is supposed to be opened on your smartphone. This procedure removes the need of a password, which reduces the risk of poor chosen passwords and password stealing from our database.6. How can I use my current QR-Codes on a different device?
Just login with the same e-mail on your second device, all your QR-Code data will automatically show up, no actions needed.7. I share my car with my wife, can she use my QR-Codes with her own account?
This feature is currently not implemented. However we plan to offer it in future versions of our app.8. I've exchanged the sticker on my car, how can I remove the old one from the app?
This feature is currently not implemented, however we want to offer it in future versions of our app. If you don't want to wait, you can still contact us via the feedback form in the app or directly by e-mail and we are happy to remove the code manually for you.9. I own two cars, how can I set a message or timer for both of them?
Per default, there is only one QR-Code in the App. At the moment you can only add a second one if you buy a sticker in our shop. The number of codes you can manage within our app is unlimited.
